The rooms here are peaceful and well-lit, each one with a balcony, and the staff members are friendly and helpful, plus the place is conveniently located right in the heart of everything.

the room was fresh painted and was an insuportable smell inside the room, there was not windows with noise isolation, thus was big noise from the street, the furniture was old and refurbished and the breakfast was very poor.

We had a wonderful stay during our September visit.

Had an air-conditioned deluxe queen room, which allowed us to enjoy lovely view of garden.

The staff here were really on top of things and super friendly. The room was modern and had a cool vibe with everything we could ask for, including cozy beds, all the essentials, and a sweet balcony to chill on. 🌟

Located next to the Sancuary the hotel is ideal for visiting the main attractions in Lourdes.

For the price, the hotel was very basic and not a real 4 star.

It was close to the Shrine and staff is very friendly.

We are talking about a 4-star hotel: When we arrived the room they gave us was of a lower category. we had ordered for a disabled person and they didn't even read it. We complained and they said that the room that was left didn't have a shower, only a Jacuzzi but that if we wanted we could go and see it. We went up to see her and room had a shower and no Jacuzzi. We stayed with this room (they said it was a suite) but in the bathroom there was no hand soap or shampoo or any of the amenities that are put in the bathrooms (just the towels) but there was not even to hang the towels. room was next to the elevator and we were woken up by the employees at 6:00 am. next day after eating we went back to the room and bed was not made! We said it and they made it in the afternoon but they forgot to put toilet paper, we had to order again and they brought us a giant roll of the kind used in restaurant bathrooms. Breakfast was a bit limited. We are not very happy.

The food as half pension was very simple and not so good the bar side had no sandwiches for a tea or an afternoon break

We were on a family holiday to Lourdes to visit the Grotto of Lourdes. The hotel was ideally situated for visiting the grotto and for all the cafes and restaurants. The staff were extremely professional and helpful and the hotel is clean and comfortable.

We were having a drink in the bar and were asked to leave to accommodate a group arriving. I thought this odd as we too were paying guests and would assume the bar is for all guests. This was slightly irritating as I was with my elderly parents and it was raining outside.

The restaurant here is elegant with great food and amazing staff, plus it's conveniently close to Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes, I had a fantastic experience and will definitely return.

Historical place and food was excellent!

Booked it for 8 days and had a good experience. The staff were very very helpful and the breakfast was satisfactory at 9.25. Got brand-new room with comfortable beds when arrived, liked that. The location was perfect, close to Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes.

Convenient and tidy spot; it's super close to the sanctuary. 🙏 Breakfast at 9:25 serves great food!
